The Junie Bikini
Earthy, feminine and entirely handmade, the Junie Bikini is crocheted from 100% cotton in a rich brown with soft lilac trim.
The halter-style top features elasticated straps for comfort and fit, tying around the ribs at the back. At the centre sits a labradorite stone sourced from Mongolia, individually wrapped by hand in intricate micro-macramé. Wooden beads finish the ties, giving Junie her earthy, handmade feel.
The bottoms sit high on the hips and feature our signature crochet swirl detail on the front. They can also be worn either way around — wear the tag at the back for more coverage through the back, or turn them around with the tag at the front for more coverage through the front.
As every piece is made completely by hand, slight variations are part of what makes each Junie unique.

Each Junie Bikini is made by hand, so slight variations in crochet, natural stone, colour and detailing may occur. These subtle differences are part of the beauty of handmade production.

Junie Bikini Bottom
The Junie bottom is made from 100% cotton crochet with adjustable tie sides and a reversible design.
The bottom can be worn either way around, allowing you to choose between fuller or cheekier coverage depending on how you style it.
The crochet has natural give and may relax slightly with wear.
Model Beth wears a XS/S top and XS/S bottom (her usual size is top:S bottoms:S-M).
Model Maddie wears a L top and XL/XXL bottom for extra coverage (her usual size is top:L bottom:L).

Fit & Coverage
The Junie bottom is designed with tie sides, allowing you to adjust the fit and coverage to your preference.
Because the bottom is reversible, you can wear either side at the front or back to create different coverage options.
For a cheekier fit, wear the narrower side at the back.
For more coverage, wear the wider side at the back.
If you are between sizes or prefer more coverage, we recommend sizing up.
Please note: As the Junie is made from 100% cotton crochet, the fabric has natural stretch and may relax slightly with wear. Measurements are intended as a guide only.

Hand-crocheted in 100% cotton, the Junie is a bandeau-style bikini top with an adjustable neck and back ties, designed to be worn and adjusted to your shape.

Measurements are taken with the top laid flat and unstretched.
The adjustable ties allow you to personalise the fit around the neck and back. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in measurements may occur.
The Junie top is designed for a relaxed crochet fit rather than high support. If you have a fuller bust, please keep in mind that the top provides less support than a structured bikini top.
Care
- Gentle hand wash only in cool water.
- Do not wring or twist.
- Reshape gently while damp.
- Lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Do not tumble dry.
As this piece is made using natural fibres and handmade materials, some softening, fading or colour variation may naturally occur over time with wear, washing and exposure to sunlight, saltwater or chlorine.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
Once your parcel is on its way, estimated Australia Post delivery times are:

Express Shipping
Metro areas within the Australia Post Express network: approximately 1–2 business days

Limited Drop Returns & Exchange Policy
Mahala pieces are created slowly and released in limited small-batch drops. Because quantities are intentionally kept small, we cannot guarantee that a particular style, colour or size will ever be restocked.
For this reason, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or a change in preference.
