Shipping Policy

From the hands that make your piece to the moment it arrives, we want every part of your Mahala experience to feel thoughtful.

Shipping included

Shipping is included with every Mahala order delivered to Australia Only. No additional shipping fee is added at checkout.

Preparing your order

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any different processing timeframe will be stated on the relevant product page before you place your order.

Delivery & tracking

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7-14 days. This is in addition to the time needed to prepare your order.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order is on its way, including tracking details where available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we’ll contact you with an update.

Your delivery details

Please check that your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We’ll do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, appears to be missing or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged deliveries, please include photos of the item and packaging where possible to help us understand what has happened.

We’ll investigate, follow up with the delivery provider where needed and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
