LIMITED DROP RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Mahala pieces are created slowly and released in limited small-batch drops. Because quantities are intentionally kept small, we cannot guarantee that a particular style, colour or size will ever be restocked.

For this reason, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or a change in preference.

Please carefully review our product descriptions and sizing information before placing your order.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or does not match its description, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Where a product does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
